Eligibility and Purchase
Green and Gold Cleaning gift cards are available for purchase by anyone, regardless of location. Since we operate exclusively online, gift cards are only available for purchase through our website.
Payment and Fees
There are no additional transaction fees for purchasing or using the gift cards. However, please note that all of our cleaning services are subject to a 5% GST. The minimum amount for purchasing a gift card is $49, with no maximum limit. Our home cleaning services require a minimum charge of $200, so if the gift card value is less than this, the recipient will need to pay the remaining balance.
Redemption
Gift cards can be redeemed for any of our cleaning services, with no restrictions. However, gift cards cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Expiration and Validity
Green and Gold Cleaning gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. There are no additional expiration terms. If the full balance of the gift card is not used, the remaining balance can be transferred to another recipient.
Refunds and Transfers
All sales of Green and Gold Cleaning gift cards are final, and no refunds will be issued. Gift cards are transferable, and the recipient can pass the balance to another person.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Our gift cards are entirely digital, eliminating the risk of loss. Since there are no physical cards, there is no need for reissuing.
Fraud and Unauthorized Use
Green and Gold Cleaning reserves the right to cancel any gift card or refuse a transaction if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected. In such cases, the company may not be liable to issue replacements or refunds.
Limitation of Liability
Green and Gold Cleaning will not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of our gift cards. The maximum liability for any reason will be limited to the value of the gift card in question.
Non-Commercial Use
Green and Gold Cleaning gift cards are intended for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred for value, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit permission. Any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of the gift card.
Privacy and Data Protection
Green and Gold Cleaning is committed to safeguarding customer information. All personal data provided during gift card purchases is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and is never shared with third parties without consent.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Green and Gold Cleaning gift cards shall be resolved through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to a mutually agreed-upon mediator or arbitrator.
